Andrew and Jonathan had this game they played, the one-word game, where they tried to sum up a person with a single word. Once you start this game it’s impossible to stop: you look at a person and see a word stuck like a Hello nametag to their chest. 

 

As her journey unfolds, Megan plays the one-word game with Andrew, with Jonathan, even with herself. But the words she starts out using to describe everyone change along the way.
